Not too many Municipal Golf Courses can claim to have been designed by a world leading architect. Haste Hill , operated by Hillingdon Borough Council can. H.S.Colt, regarded by many peers as the most influential golf course designer of all time, worked on the development of Haste Hill in the 1920’s.

Although possibly on the short side compared with modern golf courses, the layout and routing is very interesting and features some superb challenging holes. Heavily played (which is encouraging) , Hillingdon council is investing in a refresh, which includes new irrigation by Rainbird, and bunker renovations by our company EcoBunker.

The work has commenced on holes 2 and 3 and the bunkers have been eagerly adopted by Course Manager Kevin Munt and enthusiastically received by the keen local golfers.
